Ensuring all female employees have access to the most accurate and consistent prenatal screening options is essential to ensuring that a company truly supports all women and their well-being. We are asking employers to call on their health insurance providers to begin fully covering NIPT for all of their employees.
The Stand Up for APA scorecard rates top companies depending on whether they (1) currently offer coverage for NIPT as part of providing the best maternal and prenatal care coverage to their employees, (2) have publicly called on their insurance providers to begin covering NIPT, or (3) neither offer coverage nor have made a public call for their insurer to change their NIPT policy.
